Cost

Fee Structure

The following fees must be paid at the start of each year and/or term. The fees cover general administration costs and the AIRTC Association cost which helps to cover insurance. If you are unable to meet these requirements please speak to a staff member.

Annual Fees

  • Single Cadet: $120 ($30 Each Term)
  • Single Cadet: $100 (If Paid in Full by 30th March Each Year)
  • Joining Fees

    • Joining Fee: $50 (squadron cap and patches, etc. not provided by AAFC)
    • Refundable Uniform Deposit: $100 (Per Cadet)
    • Other Fees and Costs

      • Unit Activities: Throughout the year may attract a small cost to cover the cost of transport and food if required.
      • Wing Activities and courses: Each Wing course depending on its type (Flying, Gliding, Aeromodelling, Duke of Ed, First Aid, Visits) has its own costing and cadets are advised at the time of application, some course fees are non refundable once nominations have closed and will be required to be paid.
